I just tried out my x-mas gift for the first time tonight, with great success. I made VCON’s Curried Udon Noodle Stir-Fry. I’ve yet to make seitan from scratch, but I love the curried canned stuff from the oriental market so I used that instead. I also threw in some mushrooms for good measure. I apologize beforehand for the crappy flash photography, it was dark out!
